If you want this (amazing) job than this is what you will mainly be doing: Performing, playing, entertaining, and once you start playing don’t stop it sounds like a whole lot of work but if you are a calm person who likes the spotlight it’s going to be fine. Imagine songs you play being carved into tomb walls, performing for your loved ones, (and don’t worry men usually don’t dance with girls).

More info: Ancient Egypt had professional musicians that performed for many occasions. Since their society was set up with social levels, this meant that different musicians would play only for specific events. A musician with a high status could play for religious ceremonies at the temple.
